My experience with elephant.com was decent, mainly because they didn’t leave me guessing. Like, if they said an email was coming, it actually showed up, and I wasn’t stuck poking around trying to find basic stuff myself.
I did have a quick question about my policy, and the answer I got was simple enough, not wrapped up in loads of weird wording. It felt straight, basically like they were just telling me what was what, and I appreciated that.

I signed up a while back, maybe sometime in March or April, I can’t remember exactly. There were enough coverage options to compare without feeling too overwhelming, and I just picked the one that made the most sense for what I needed.

"Got a quote quickly"
I was just sitting at home looking into this after dinner, and getting a quote ended up being simple. It didn’t take very long, which I appreciated because I didn’t really want to spend my whole evening on it. A couple of the questions felt like they came up more than once, but nothing too annoying. Overall, it was easy enough to get through, and the price seemed fair to me

I thought the claim was going to take a while, because stuff like this usually does, at least in my head. But they helped me fast and there wasn’t much hassle at all. I guess that means the whole process is good, since mine went smoothly

I had a feeling Elephant.com would come in cheaper than my old cover, and the quote pretty much proved me right. It was less than what I’d been paying, and the premium didn’t shoot up like I half expected it might. So far, it’s confirmed what I thought going in: decent cover without paying over the odds. No complaints from me.

I used the app to pay my bill i was kind of expecting something to go wrong because apps can be like that sometimes. But nope, it was quick, easy, and went through with no issues at all. Happy with it.

"Changing my policy was way easier than expected"
I had to update my policy after moving house and adding another car, which I’d been putting off because I assumed it would turn into a whole thing. I was actually doing it between unpacking boxes and trying to find where I’d packed the kettle, so I wasn’t in the mood for hassle. The online part was straightforward, and the person on chat updated the price really quickly. No drama, no long back-and-forth, just got it sorted. Happy with the whole thing.

"Renewal price felt way too high"
My renewal came in a lot higher than I expected, and it just didn’t sit right with me. I can’t really say much more than that, it just felt like too big of a jump, and I’m really not happy about it
